November 19, 2025 | 12:00 – 17:00 | ACG Events Hall, American College of Greece
The SDG4U project is pleased to announce its upcoming seminar “Raising Awareness on SDGs in Universities”, hosted by the American College of Greece (ACG) on November 19, 2025.
This interactive event will bring together faculty members, researchers, and students from partner institutions to explore innovative ways of integrating the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into higher education.
Participants will engage in hands-on activities designed to promote sustainability in teaching, learning, and campus life. The seminar will take place face-to-face and asynchronously — allowing participants from all partner universities to join and collaborate.
What to Expect
🔹 Faculty Training (2 hours)
Academic staff will take part in the SDG Lesson Design Lab, an interactive workshop that provides practical guidance on embedding SDG topics, sub-goals, and assessment methods into university courses.
🔹 Student Training (3 hours)
Students will participate in a “Campus as a Living Lab” session, featuring project pitches and a 2-hour Hackathon focused on addressing SDG-related challenges.
Templates/ideas must be uploaded by the students in the shared link by Sunday November 30. Each idea should be uploaded by 1 student/member of the group. The winning ideas will be selected by a Jury with expertise on sustainability and the implementation of the SDGs as assigned by the SDSN network.
The voting results will be announced on December 8.
